More Energy Efficient - Solar Panels and Solar Hot Water Panels

Adding a 1" layer of water on the top of the solar panel helps to cool the panel to improve its overall efficiency while also creating hot water for the home or building. China has installed 81.5% of the world's thermal hot water panels and the United States has installed only 0.5%. Australia has 7% of the population of the U.S. and they have installed over 3.0% of the world's thermal hot water panels. America is far behind other industrialized nations in the common sense installation of renewable energy systems to reduce energy consumption and costs as welll as pollution, while increasing our country's energy security.
